Having worked in golf operations since 2001 as a PGA professional Chris has experienced a myriad of ways to operate a tee sheet with systems using MS-DOS through to the now modern day cloud based systems (not to mention the trusty pen & paper option).
Whilst working for Teeofftimes/GolfNow/BRS Golf Chris observed some golf courses beginning to capitalise on the growth of online bookings, but at the same time noticed that a typical golf course manager/secretary’s time was becoming more stretched and optimising the software systems and online booking journey was rarely a priority.
A lack of time can mean that the green fee strategy drops to the bottom of the pile and this opportunity cost is where the idea of The Revenue Club was born. In recent years Chris has expanded the offering from The Revenue Club to include an end to end sales and marketing solution through CRM implementation which has led to the company becoming a HubSpot Gold Partner.
Fast forward from 2017 to today, Chris has helped nearly 200 golf clubs through The Revenue Club optimise their green fee strategy and software systems.
